Shipping policy

Each piece we create is carefully selected, prepared, and embroidered just for our order.  Because of the custom nature of our work, we ask that you allow approximately 2 weeks for processing and shipping/delivery.

This time allows us to:

  Purchase and receive the products needed for your order.

  Prepare your items from embroidery.

  Create or prepare your custom design.

  Carefully embroider each piece.

  Inspect, package and prepare your order for shipment or delivery.
