Because these items are custom made products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  If an item is damaged or the wrong item was received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.   We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, but we are in fact only human and mistakes, though rare, can be made.  We will do our best to make it right or refund your money.   You can contact us for any return questions or concerns at stitchtogetherembroidery@gmail.com.
