Legal Notice & Custom Embroidery Policy

At Stitch Together, every embroidered piece is thoughtfully created just for you. Because embroidery is a custom process, please review the following information before placing your order.

Custom Orders

All embroidered items are custom-made to order. Once embroidery has begun, cancellations, changes, or refunds may not be possible. Please carefully review your order details, including names, spelling, dates, colors, designs, and personalization, before submitting your order.

Customer-Supplied Items

If you provide an item for embroidery, please understand that embroidery involves the use of needles, stabilizers, hoops, and machinery and may carry a risk of damage to certain fabrics or materials.

We take great care with every item; however, Stitch Together cannot guarantee that customer-supplied items will be free from damage, puckering, hoop marks, fabric distortion, or other changes resulting from the embroidery process.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, stains, weak or delicate fabrics, or imperfections in customer-supplied items.

Product & Color Variations

Product colors, embroidery thread colors, and finished embroidery may appear slightly different from what is shown on a computer, phone, or tablet screen. Slight variations are a normal part of the handmade and embroidery process.

Design & Embroidery Variations

Because each item is individually embroidered, finished results may vary slightly from digital previews or examples shown on our website. Small differences in thread placement, sizing, texture, and appearance are a natural part of custom embroidery and are not considered defects.

Processing & Shipping

Custom orders require preparation and embroidery time. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing before your order ships. This timeframe may vary depending on product availability, order volume, design requirements, holidays, or other circumstances.

Shipping time is in addition to the processing time. Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect names, spelling, dates, personalization details, or other information submitted by the customer.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.
